Growing Bright Futures Virtual Silent Auction
Help us reach our goal of raising $50,00 for our program by taking part in this year’s virtual silent auction! Bidding will open on October 23 and close on October 27 at 9 p.m.

If you don’t see an item that you would like to bid on, consider sponsoring a student; with over 50 students in our program this year, it is our goal to see each one fully sponsored. This can be done as a “Buy it Now” item on the Auction webpage.
Items will be available for pick up or delivery to Lethbridge Residents the week of October 30; we will contact each winning bidder to confirm your delivery method and address on October 30. For participants outside of the Lethbridge area, we are happy to ship your item to you, provided you cover the shipping fees.

Sweet as Jazz Fundraising Gala
You’re invited to join us, on November 5, 2022, at 7:00 pm, for our second annual fundraising gala!
Come enjoy a low-key coffee house-themed evening complete with complimentary desserts, a family-friendly specialty coffee bar (drinks $5/each), live music, dancing and a silent auction with items you will not want to miss! Featuring the LCI jazz band, along with Bradly Parker and friends. We will keep your toes tapping all evening long, and promise you won’t want to leave when the evening ends.
$40 per ticket, includes desserts.
All proceeds of the gala go to helping us continue to offer free music and arts education to families in need in our community. In our program, our students find a safe and caring community where they have the chance to discover who they are through creativity and support from our team.

Practice-A-Thon Fundraiser
We are hosting a practice-a-thon! Open to musicians of all ages and instruments our practice-a-thon is the perfect chance to get in some practice in support of a good cause. The benifits of music run deep, we hope that through this practice-a-thon your mental health will thrive.
Once you sign up, spend some time collecting pledges from loved ones commtting to a cent amount per minute that you practice from March 13-26, something as small at $0.10/minute can add up. For every $5 raise one hour of programing is covered for one child in our program.
Keep track of your practice time betweenMarch 13-26 and get involved in our community. Take pictures and videos of your practice to share on social media with the hashtag #branchesfinearts, we would love to hear what you are working on.
Once you send in your practice tracker on March 27 we will tally the amount you have raised and contact those who pledged to you to let them know their donation amount.

Night-In Fundraising Concert
Have COVID-19 regulations put a damper on your night out activities? Do you need something fresh and exciting to do while staying in? Join us for our 2021 “Night In” fundraising gala. Head to our store and purchase one of our night-in baskets, with options for date nights, family nights, or a night just for you — there is something for everyone!
This is more than just a basket, as we have taken the entire gala experience and moved it online. Expect good food, music, a silent auction and hopefully some space for dancing. Join us November 1-6 for a virtual silent auction (https://app.galabid.com/branchesfinearts) with winning bidders having their items delivered with their basket on November 6. Each night-in basket will include the log in information to our virtual concert featuring the LCI Jazz Band, Jamani Duo, and plenty of fun activities for the whole family!
Basket options: (Choose from the following list)
Date Night-In Basket - perfect for two. We have included everything you need for a memorable night in. Sparkling juice, desserts, candles for ambience, and flowers. Move the couch to make room for a dance floor and you have everything you need for a night to remember!
Family Basket - can be customized for 4-6 people. This basket comes with family-friendly drink ingredients ( milk steamers!) , desserts, and games the whole family will enjoy (including a concert-wide scavenger hunt!). With a little creativity, this family basket will give you the chance to reconnect with those most important to you.
Self-care for One Basket - suitable for one individual, this basket is sure to help you relax after a long week of work. With a bottle of sparkling juice, dessert, flowers and a book, you can log into our jazz concert, sit back and smell the roses while enjoying a decadent dessert just for you.
Introverts Night In Basket - perfect for those who just need some time to themselves to recharge. This basket comes with ingredients for a nice warm relaxing milk steamer, dessert, a candle and a book. Turn on the concert for some background music as you curl up in your favourite spot and dive into your new favourite book.
At this time we are able to offer delivery to Lethbridge, Coalhurst, Coaldale, and Picture Butte. If you live outside our delivery area but would still like to take part in this fundraiser, consider joining us for the concert. Admission will be by donation with a minimum donation of $20 and can be purchased through our store. Log in information will be sent to you at 6:00 pm on November 6.

Drive In Movie! Jumanji: The Next Level
We have partnered with Movie Mill Lethbridge to bring you a drive in movie in support of Branches Fine Arts Academy! Movie Mill needs to cover their costs of putting on the movie so if 31+ cars attend a portion of admission will be donated to Branches.
The movie is July 29 with tickets on sale now. Tickets must be preordered. $40 will get you admission and a party pack of popcorn ( the equivalent of 3 large bags)
The more cars attend the greater the portion of admission will be donated, so bring your friends!
The movie starts around 10:00, it all depends on when the sun sets, and will be weather dependent.
